The journey is 
at the end. I would like to share a thought about my experience at headquarter of this incredible company. I’m used to follow the latest technology and so not many things impress me. But what I’ve seen and heard in these days, left me really excited. A thing is to read some article or some post find on the network, a thing is to see how engineers works, talk to them, ask questions directly.
Looking in their eyes and feel their passion and the energy they put in what they do, make me understand that we will have great future in hearing aids an great innovations for who has hearing loss.
Another thought goes to the organization and to the quality control. It’s incredible how can they coordinate thousands of people and thousands of hearing aids. Don’t forget that each piece is unique but you can be sure that what you need is what they will provide you. And so the production is completely different from a general purpose product.
Last, but not the least, technology. Instruments they use to research and to produce are the most advanced we can have today. They are already studing new technologies to reach as soon as possible the next level of development.
So, thank you to #StarkeyHearing and #StarkeyItaly for this very wonderful journey, I’ll try to transfer all my new knowledge and your entusiasm to my patients and customer in the future.

Il viaggio è giunto alla fine. Vorrei condividere un pensiero circa la mia esperienza presso la sede di questa incredibile azienda. Sono abituato a seguire le novità tecnologiche, per cui, poche cose mi impressionano. Ma quello che ho visto e sentito in questi giorni, mi ha lasciato davvero entusiasta. Una cosa è leggere qualche articolo o qualche post trovano sulla rete, una cosa è vedere come lavorano questi ingegneri, parlare con loro, fargli domande.
Guardandoli negli occhi, sentendo la passione e l’energia che mettono in quello che fanno, ho capito che avremo grande futuro nel campo delle protesi acustiche e grandi novità per chi soffre di ipoacusia.
Un’altra riflessione riguarda l’organizzazione e il controllo di qualità. E’ incredibile come si possa coordinare migliaia di persone e migliaia di apparecchi acustici. Non dimentichiamoci che ogni pezzo è unico, ma, puoi essere sicuro, che ciò che richiedi, sarà quello che ti verrà applicato. Per questo la produzione è completamente diversa da quella di un prodotto generico.
Ultima, ma non meno importante, la tecnologia.
Gli strumenti che utilizzano per la ricerca e per la produzione sono i più avanzati attualmente disponibili. Stanno, però, già studiando nuove tecnologie per raggiungere il prima possibile il successivo livello di sviluppo.
Così, grazie a #StarkeyHearing e #StarkeyItaly per questo meraviglioso viaggio. Cercherò di trasferire tutte le mie nuove conoscenze e il vostro entusiasmo ai miei pazienti e clienti in futuro.
